Connected User Experience System (CUES)

Data Normalization (Standardization) Phase

Vision: To implement a state-funded K12-Centric Identity Management Framework serving all public school districts -  with a twofold purpose to ensure that all participants in our learning environment (students, teachers, and staff) have secure access to the technology resources needed as they enter our facilities, and also to provide avenues for teachers to keep students engaged and connected to our Education Technology resources.

Primary Goals:

  • Goal #1: Establish a single secure identity for all students, teachers, and staff

  • Goal #2: Automate the timely creation and removal of these identities by integrating directly with MUNIS (staff) and Infinite Campus (students)

  • Goal #3: Deliver “K12-Centric” features and functions

  • Goal #4: Establish role-appropriate cybersecurity standards and protective identity security measures

Connected User Experience System (CUES)

Vision Enablement Program: The CUES Enablement Education Guide for RapidIdentity is designed to provide Kentucky school districts with a thorough understanding of the RapidIdentity platform’s core features and capabilities. This guide intends to empower district IT administrators, security personnel, and educators to configure, manage, and optimize RapidIdentity to meet their needs. We aim to foster critical thinking about system configurations and encourage districts to leverage RapidIdentity for secure, efficient identity and access management for students and staff.
