Requesting a Infinite Campus SQL Service Account for Identity Automation
Infinite Campus is working on expanding their OneRoster API to support writing back identity information. Until that functionality is available, Identity Automation will need read/write SQL server access to update the Infinite Campus contact email for students and teachers.
To request SQL server access for Identity Automation, an authorized Infinite Campus support contact will
Create a Server Access case following the on-screen directions.

Request Type: Please create a SQL account for Identity Automation for the CUES project.
Request Type: SQL Server case
Submit the Infinite Campus Request for SQL Server Access form using the link on the case from Step 1.
